McGiver & Co LLC is rapidly expanding in Montana and Wyoming. We are currently looking for framing crews.

Compensation is $ 30.00/hr and up based on experience.

Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience required. Preference given to high school graduates.
Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
A valid clean driver’s license is a must.
Available to work up to 10 hour days when required.
Ability to take direction.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Agree to comply with all our safety processes and procedures.
Willingness to maintain and operate construction tools in a safe manner.
Ability to operate specialized safety equipment efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to lift a minimum 50 pounds and pass a physical test prior to work.
Capable of working at heights (up to 60 feet).
This position may require travel to job sites. A reliable vehicle is a must.
Willing to provide a criminal background check.
